A busy privately owned recruitment agency are hiring!
Specialising in commercial (office role) and construction this agency is small but with a big market presence.
They run both contract and perm desks, consultants are targeted to work specifics markets, so not generalist. You will be an expert in your chosen market field
You will need to demonstrate
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. You'll build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your client's recruitment needs and requirements.
Working in a team this office offer lively working conditions, free parking, team trips out and normal office hours Monday to Friday only.
My client offers excellent commission on top of a competitive basic salary.
You must have worked in agency recruitment before, we are looking for a minimum 6 months (ideally 2 years) experience.
