Description

As Recruitment Consultant for Page Group you will be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Identifying and developing new business relationships
  • Consulting clients on recruitment process and responding to needs
  • Sourcing and attracting passive/active candidates within your sector
  • Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer
  • Offer management and negotiation
  • Networking to build business information

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have 6 months+ sales experience (B2B, B2C, Recruitment, Cold-Calling)
  • Be highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success
  • Be competitive
  • Be confident within a target driven environment
  • Be passionate about progression
  • Have a strong academic background
  • Have a proven track record of success
  • Have excellent Communication skills
