A vacancy has arisen for an additional recruitment consultant to join an established recruitment consultancy. With circa 25 employees, and a turnover of circa 30 million, my client have been successfully recruiting for almost 30 years.
As an experienced recruitment consultant, you will be joining a team to work on filling existing vacancies as well as account managing and gaining further business. You will have previous recruitment experience, preferably gained in placing highly skilled people.
Previous recruitment experience
Excellent rapport building skills
Hard working and tenacious
Team player, as well as having the ability to focus and work on your own initiative
Positive can do attitude
Happy to pick up the phone to speak to candidates and clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to converse/communicate with people at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Full driving license and access to a car
Annual basic salary circa 28k-30k depending on experience plus uncapped commission
