OTE for first year performance in excess of £30K - 40K minimum! . Second year OTE at £50K - £100K and third year at £100K+.
This job will include the following activities:
- Sourcing candidates via databases, social networking and job boards
- Lead Generation
- Winning new business accounts
- 360 degree recruitment role from winning vacancies to placing candidates working in both the contract and permanent UK IT markets
We are an ambitious IT recruitment practice with director experience of over 25 years in the recruitment markets, who want to develop the best raw talent and turn them into highly skilled, highly paid IT recruitment professionals.
Recruitment experience is not required although previous sales experience in any capacity is preferred; however culture fit and personality attributes are the key drivers for us when recruiting new consultants.
