With offices based in Nelson, Lancashire you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of accounts and developing new business opportunities, this is a 360-degree senior search and selection position; with the opportunity for you to develop your career further should you be looking for a career progressive opportunity.
o using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to maintain existing client relationships and build new ones
o using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
o Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
o developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
o using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
o receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
o requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
o briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
o preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
o organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
o Managing Offers, negotiating salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
o working towards and exceeding targets
o Maintaining regular updates on our CRM system
We are keen to talk with candidates who have a minimum of 2 years' experience having worked as a Recruitment Consultant in permanent selection. It is also essential that you are pro-active, resilient, self-motivated, can organise your work load to facilitate effective time management, confident, a clear communicator, personable and a natural desire to support people in their careers; with the ability to understand client briefs and provide a high-end service to both candidates and clients. High Basic salary negotiable depending on experience, high uncapped commission structure from day 1, flexible working hours and early finish on Friday on a pro-rata basis.
