As a Trainee Consultant, you will be responsible for the whole 360 recruitment process, from candidates to clients and development of both.

Following your successful 12 week induction, key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting face to face meetings with clients, pitching and tendering for new business

- Managing key account contacts

- Interviewing and assessing the capabilities and ambitions of exceptional candidates

- Guiding candidates and clients through the hiring process, offering advice and coaching where needed

- New business development

- Developing your own personal brand and reputation

You must either have a suitable background within a sales or recruitment environment or alternatively be degree educated with a keen desire to start your working career in a market leading recruiter.
