-Meet with hiring managers and internal recruiters to win business and ultimately provide them with the usual excellent REED service
-Working towards targets to ensure you achieve results
-Pitching for senior level business and large national accounts
-Carrying out entitlement to work checks and referencing
-Smashing sales targets and ensuring client and candidate retention is maintained
