Towngate Personnel are one of the UKs most effective recruitment consultancies specialising in the hospitality industry and we are seeking additional recruitment consultants to join our vibrant, successful team where you will be responsible for recruiting permanent or temporary staff for our clients in the hotel or restaurant and bars sectors.
Based in our modern offices in Bournemouth you will be part of the team supplying all grades of experienced hospitality staff and management to establishments up and down the country. As well as offering a high level of service to both our clients and candidates duties include:
• Developing and maintaining a client base through regular communication
• Matching candidates to assignments
• Negotiating rates,
• Telephone interviewing candidates
• Checking references and eligibility to work documentation and inputting information to our database.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and successful recruitment consultant who is looking to join a company with great promotional prospects or someone from the industry with experience in a sales role.
You should also have a proactive and organised manner, be a natural and articulate communicator with a strong work ethic and be ambitious and career focused.
As we work in a very competitive environment you should also be very sales orientated and enjoy achieving and beating sales targets.
We are able to offer comprehensive, ongoing training as well as the full support from senior management.
Salary will be dependent on your experience, however whatever your basic salary there is also a very lucrative uncapped commission scheme which rewards your personal success.
