A day in the life at Adele Carr could involve:
Speaking to our clients (accountants) about their temporary requirements (this could be due to sickness / holiday cover, maternity leave, to clear a backlog or just simply a busy workload).
Visiting our clients to gain a better understanding of the job, to help find the perfect candidate to match both the business and the team.
Writing and placing adverts on various job boards using the Broadbean application
Meeting potential candidates to conduct and initial / first stage interview.
Introducing your best candidates to the clients and setting up interviews.
Offering support and advice such as how to write a great CV, interview tips and techniques and ongoing career advice.
About the ideal candidate
To be successful in this role you will be hard working and dedicated. You’ll have strong people skills and be able to communicate with ease both face and over the phone. You will be an excellent judge of character and make people feel at ease with you. You will be resilient and be able to deal with knock backs in your stride. For this role, you will ideally have at least 6 months recruitment experience.
