In year 1, there is a competitive salary and uncapped bonus and REED invest in each Consultant, a minimum of £7,365 in training and development. We provide the tools to help on the first steps into a career in recruitment. Most consultants within IT will earn between £5,000 - £10,000 bonus on top of basic salary in year 1 and grow by at least 25% year upon year
By year 3, a Consultant will successfully progress their career and with our uncapped bonus, should expect to earn £42,000 pa in salary and bonus alone, as well as benefitting from numerous additional benefits and rewards.
By year 5, a Consultant will have become established and will be benefitting from repeat business in their chose specialism and should expect to earn £50,000 pa in salary and bonus alone, as well as benefitting from numerous additional benefits and rewards.
