Our client is a successful business consultancy working with their clients to coach and mentor them to set up and run a nursing agency in the UK. Ideally they would like someone to start on a temporary basis with the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.
The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to help the new company build up a base of clients and staff to work for them. You will be responsible for advertising, sourcing and interviewing new agency care workers, as well as contacting care homes and organisations to offer services and develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
We are seeking a switched-on and professional candidate with a desire to build and develop a career within social care recruitment. You will need to be a confident communicator and have the ability to sell services to new business contacts. Some experience of working within the social care environment or recruitment would also be an advantage.
