You will join a team of Permanent, Temporary and Executive Search consultants and support staff across three locations delivering a professional, first class, personable service to an established client base.
You will be self motivated, outgoing and social, hard working and committed with a drive to succeed. A stable work history and experience in a fast paced sales environment would be advantageous.
You will be highly IT literate to maximise our cutting edge job-board candidate and client management systems and G-suite IT that provide you with unrivalled access to numerous generalist and specialist cv search and job sites as well as an extensive in- house database developed over twenty years plus a vast LinkedIn network, enabling you to leave no stone unturned in your search for the best talent for our client companies.
You will be working in a proactive, target orientated environment, working to deadlines where the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively will be a key to your success. Your ability to create engaging and grammatically correct job advertisements will be key to attracting candidates too.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Candidate liaison / Interviewing
Locate and contact candidates to establish their availability and discuss specific temporary assignments and permanent vacancies.
Take telephone and email response to advertised vacancies and set up interviews.
Interview candidates both face to face and telephone to establish their skills and suitability for client requirements..
Utilise the numerous web sites/Job sites, search and selection techniques and all other means available to attract and locate candidates for current temporary assignments and permanent vacancies.
Actively promote exceptional candidates to targeted companies.
Client liaison / Business Development
Find and fill requirements from client companies
Refer candidates to clients for interviews
Develop relationships / opportunities with both current and prospective clients identifying and maximising permanent and temporary recruitment opportunities
Call targeted clients regarding specific vacancies or for the purpose of marketing specific candidates.
To attract new business from clients via targeted marketing.
Visit new businesses to introduce our services and establish recruitment needs.
Contact previous clients to re establish lapsed business relationships.
