The Recruitment Consultant role: You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including sourcing and registering new agency workers and job seekers and generating and maintaining relationships with care services. The role is largely office-based and will involve use of computer systems and phones. You will be targeted on developing and maintaining new business and be expected to take our direction and support to help you to achieve this. Recruitment Consultant Applicant Criteria: Experience of working within a professional target-driven office environment is essential. We are seeking a switched-on and experienced professional with a strong desire to build and develop a career within social care recruitment. You will be mature and have the capacity to work well under the direction and guidance of others while you learn the role. You will need to be confident in selling yourself and our services to be successful in the role, since the role will involve significant development of new links with other services. You will be intelligent and extremely well organised, while you must be highly competent in verbal and written communication and able to operate IT systems confidently. Some experience of working within social care, or of studying a social sciences course would also be advantageous though is not essential.
