We have capacity to take on a senior recruitment consultant through continued business/client growth. If we looked at a 360 recruitment role that allowed you the freedom to follow up live leads at FTSE 350, 250, 100 companies and untapped Legal 200 still focusing on PA’s to CEO’s or to senior management that paid you 35-40K basic plus commission, would that be something worth talking about?
Currently we deal with the magic circle and top 100 firms law firms in the city and some large in house legal departments.
We are a team of 9 in the London office and have a well established brand, we are looking for a candidate focused consultant who expresses herself clearly and with panache, is gregarious and fun to work alongside. We offer a generous basic and a “no thresholds” commission structure. We are all experienced recruiters, most have been in the role for at least 10 years, and we do have some newer people too.
Commission structure 10% (uncapped) of everything you bring in, with no min monthly threshold. Or 5% if it was a pre-existing Owen Reed account, 100 pounds for a registered candidate that is placed by anyone.
