We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Social Care Team based in Birmingham City Centre.
Your role will be to recruit and maintain a pool of applicants who are cleared to robust compliance standards and to place into temporary roles with clients for ongoing work.
As part of this, you will manage your client and candidate pipelines. You will be directly responsible for business development with clients; this is a sales role.
You will work as part of a driven and fun team in a great city centre location.
Excellent communication skills, ability to convert cold clients into current booking clients, strong negotiation skills, good with people, face to face sales, excellent attention to detail
Medicare offer salary and an industry leading commission structure. Our core working hours are 9 to 5.30 or 08.30 - 17.00
