Job purpose:
Maintain a positive culture throughout the company
To maximize sales and gross margin through providing a quality, efficient and unrivalled service to the client.
Develop and manage a client base in line with margin and profit policies.
Maintain a sufficient pool of qualified, approved, referenced and motivated flexible employee's in line with current and future forecasted demand.
Exceed customer's expectations through a reliable and cost effective service.
Maximize efficiency through the use of the company's IT solutions.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Attract, select and recruitment of flexible employees to exceed customer expectations.
1.Ensure all flexible employees accurately complete an application form
2.Explain the company's culture
3.Ensure all flexible employees understand and sign Terms of Engagement.
4.Maintain an ongoing relationship with flexible employees.
5.Ensure all flexible employees attend and complete required courses
6.Only place those flexible employees who have met all the required standards and have been created as a live candidate on the IT system.
7.Log and report on all queries on a weekly basis to then Senior Operator.
8.Advise on all tax and national insurance queries
9.Ensure all workers are engaged compliantly.
10.Consistent update of job boards.

Working Time Directive
Ensure the company and its staff operate within the working time directive and any exceptions are reported to the Managing Director and corrective and preventative measures implemented.
1.Monitor any changes to the working time directive and ensure all systems are amended and relevant staff are informed through internal or external training
2.Record working hours on a weekly basis
3.Implement corrective actions and follow up
4.Update system as and when required
Ensure the company is adhering to all current legislation regarding its obligations for tachographs
1.Implement and maintain a system for recording all tachograph usage
2.Ensure that all drivers are made aware of their obligations for tachograph
3.When required ensure that all tachographs are collated, copied and provided to the client
4.Monitor overdue tachographs and implement corrective action to collect.
5.Inform Senior Operator on a weekly basis of all overdue tachographs.
