Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for a better way to live & earn ? Due to expansion we are looking to recruit somebody with recruitment experience in the South West of England. This role would suit somebody who has contacts, knowledge and experience from within any recruitment sector, who would like to work from home, have flexible hours and freedom, be more in charge of their own destiny and not have a boss leaning over their shoulder all of the time.
We have been trading for over 8 years as a recruitment business and we wish to expand, we focus on working smartly and being good at what we do. If you have the experience to find and gain your own business and want to be rewarded for your efforts on a commission only, open ended basis then this could be for you. In effect it will be like a mini recruitment business of your own but you will not have to make any investment and you will be fully supported with systems, advertising, marketing and resourcing / filtering of candidates so you can just focus on dealing with clients and candidates and making placements. We are a small team so are flexible and you will be supported, not just left to do it all yourself. Most importantly our business is about being able to work from home, have the flexibility to enjoy life not just commute and work long hours and also be rewarded for the effort we all put in.
