We are looking for a dedicated and passionate 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful Bournemouth office.
Previous recruitment experience would be ideal but not essential. As long as you possess a sales background and a passionate attitude towards new business, as well as offering the very best customer service to your candidates.
You will be used to working to targets and taking responsibility for your own pipeline. The successful candidate will have good rapport building skills as we pride ourselves on building long standing and successful relationships with our clients.
Daily duties will include:
- New business development (both face-to-face and telephone based)
- Attending client meetings
- Sourcing and matching CV's to jobs
- Registering candidates
- Account management
- Advertising jobs
- Working closely with other consultants and resourcing team
- Marketing and advertising our brand
- Attending job fayres
As a successful consultant you will be flexible on working hours when the need occurs and take pride in what you do. You will be hungry for success and you will get back what you put in. There will be performance related incentives and plenty of career opportunities for someone to progress within the business.
Contracted working hours will be 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
£18-£25k DOE + commission
