Due to expansion in the Reed Crawley office, we are seeking another consultant to join our productive, hardworking and passionate team. We are an established and friendly team covering both the temporary and permanent divisions..

The role of a successful recruitment consultant includes:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to grow the desk
- Sourcing and matching candidates, through a range of different methods, quickly and efficiently to an assignment
- Advertising job posts and open roles to attracting new candidates to our candidate database
- Going the extra mile in every way possible, to only better yourself and your desk
- Meeting or over-achieving weekly/monthly KPI's to generate new business and create your name in the market

The ideal candidate, requirements:
- Motivated individual
- Confident communicator
- Ability to work in a fast paced and fun environment
- Previous sales/customer service background
- Organised, passionate & career focused
