Premier Work Support have a network of branches specialising in delivery of bespoke service-driven recruitment solutions to our candidates and clients. Our main disciplines are within Commercial, Industrial, Catering and Driving, on both a Permanent and Temporary basis.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Premier Work Support, you will be in a fast paced environment whilst dealing with client sales/service, including; establishing & maintaining rapport with clients, conducting daily sales calls/appointments and research sales activities to obtain future business leads. Candidate sales & marketing, including; promoting a welcome Branch environment, attracting a consistent flow of new candidates, interviewing/screening potential applicants and conducting pre & post interview briefings. As well as maintaining accurate records, establishing close working relationships with all team members & other Premier Work Support branches.
The successful applicant will drive (with own transport) and be able to achieve or exceed agreed targets on both activity & financial billings on a weekly/monthly basis.
To succeed within our business, you will have a proven ability to sell, to think on your feet, think creatively, negotiate with & influence decisionmakers as well as build long standing relationships within a business environment and have the determination to succeed.
