After training and orientation, you’ll find yourself very quickly at the heart of the business. You’ll be actively involved in finding quality temporary candidates for the company to present to clients. Carrying out extensive candidate screening interviews, you’ll find their core competencies and add them to the companies growing temp database. Accuracy is crucial - They’re dealing with people’s livelihoods and businesses and must only recommend roles to the people capable of fulfilling the responsibilities that go with it. You must whole-heartedly care about what you do.
Involved at every stage of the recruitment process, you’ll use the internet and various tools to attract the right profile of temporary candidates. You’ll find matches for a client’s role as well as add to their market-leading database of potential applicants.
You’ll be a key player in finding new clients for the company and managing continued client and candidate satisfaction with their services. Building strong relationships with businesses, you’ll use your rapport to win the work of filling their temporary vacancies. You’ll also respond to client tenders, attend briefing meetings and put together assignment proposals.
