Basic to £30,000 plus commission
My client is a boutique recruitment agency with a variety of interesting clients in Commercial and Professional Services. They pride themselves on building strong relationships with clients and candidates they work with and always strive to do their very best for everyone they work with.
They are now looking for an additional recruitment consultant to join them, doing full 360 recruitment.
The role will suit someone who is used to working for independent agent rather than a larger corporate.
Experience And Skills
• Minimum 2 years as a 360 recruitment consultant.
• Strong business development skills
• Highly accomplished sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience of social media
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Strong planning skills
• Highly organised
• Keen eye for detail
