£17,000 - £25,000 plus OTE

Halo Recruitment is a small independent Recruitment agency based in Portsmouth and we currently have a very exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team to build a very successful career with fast track promotion opportunities.


We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual with proven sales ability to sell our recruitment services both over the phone and face to face. You will have the responsibility of managing our fast expanding client base and filling vacancies with suitably skilled candidates placing an emphasis on building long term business relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Duties


*
Cold calling and face-to-face new business development in order to generate new clients.

*
Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.

*
Attracting, screening and introducing candidates to clients in line with agreed client requirements.

*
Managing recruited candidate's performances daily and weekly to ensure that clients and contractors are consistently satisfied.

*
Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction.

*
Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

Our Package
*
£17,000 to £25,000 (dependant on experience) basic plus uncapped bonus scheme

*
A realistic first year's earnings of £30000 to £40000

The Candidate
*
Experienced in recruitment, outbound sales within recruitment or other B2B sales environments.

*
Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.

*
Ability to source and generate new sales leads.

*
Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates

*
Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source candidates matching their needs

*
Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates

*
Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future

*
Strong administration skills and an eye for detail.

  • A full driving license is essential
