Established for over 20 years and now a team of circa 22 employees my client are looking to expand their team by adding a further recruitment consultant to their expanding team. With a turnover of circa 30 million, they invest in their staff.
Working in a team of circa 10 consultants, your role will be to speak and build relationships with Contractors who are looking for their next assignment as well speaking and building relationships with existing and prospective clients from a database.
Ideal candidate will have circa 1 - 2 years previous experience in a recruitment environment.
Excellent communication skills especially over the phone and face to face
Clear communication skills as speaking with people in senior positions
Clear and concise speaking voice
Excellent rapport building skills
Driven and motivated to succeed
Excellent at not only building but also maintaining relationships
Passionate about working in recruitment and willingness to help
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Excellent written communication skills
Team player and is familiar working in office environment
Takes pride in work and in self
Full clean driving licence
Basic salary to 25k plus uncapped OTE. 25 days holiday, Bupa cover and pension following probationary period.
