Recruitment Consultant Construction (White Collar Desk)
Bromak have recently moved our Midlands office to Tamworth and we're looking to appoint likeminded sales professionals in to Recruitment Consultant roles to drive the success of this new office. We're looking for people who want to earn good money in an environment where you're not micromanaged. This role will involve placing a range of construction professionals including Managers (Site/Project/Contracts), Office & Sales Support, Commercial (Quantity Surveyors/Buyers/Estimators) and other white collar construction staff in to temporary roles. This is a warm desk that will involve working with a comprehensive range of regional and national building contractors that specialise in construction projects.
Recruitment Consultant responsibilities include:
- identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities
- developing the candidate database and generating of candidates
- negotiating and agreeing candidate payment rates in order to maintain margins
- matching requirements of candidates to clients in order to make successful placements
- ensuring high standards of service delivery to company standards at all times
We are a specialist recruiter in the construction & property sector and have built a strong reputation and enjoyed repeat business year on year recruiting and supplying labour and construction professionals in to an impressive client base ranging from regional privately owned construction companies to large PLC & national building contractors & developers.
Bromak also operate under several supply chain agreements and preferred supplier arrangements and therefore provide plenty of warm clients to build upon when joining.
Experience Required & Package
This would suit a Recruitment Consultant with 2-5 years' experience and a construction background but other recruitment sectors placing candidates in to temporary roles will be considered.
Bromak invest heavily in training and career development with their main goal to develop talent organically allowing trainees and Recruitment Consultants to be upskilled and be successful in becoming Managing Consultants, Divisional Managers and Regional Directors in the years ahead.
A basic salary of £25,000 + £3,000 car allowance is on offer a generous, uncapped commission scheme. We also offer monthly top biller incentives and prizes including vouchers, early Friday finishes and team / corporate entertaining events.
