Technical Recruitment Consultant
Salary negotiable dependent on experience to £30,000

Our client is a multi-sector recruitment business with a turnover in excess of £150m. The offices are in key locations across the country and are bright and modern. The Technical and Engineering Division is a rapidly growing specialist division within the larger organisation and they concentrate on placing skilled engineering and technical personnel within local and national organisations.
They are a highly ambitious team and we are seeking an equally ambitious, high-achieving individual to develop a career within their organisation. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled, recruitment professional to join the team. You will be responsible for:
·Maintaining and building a specialist permanent desk within engineering / technical / manufacturing.
·Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling their recruitment services and negotiate the rates of business.
·Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.
·Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond including; sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
·Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of passionate team to maximise performance.
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate the following:
·Previous recruitment industry experience
·Resilience within a sales environment
·Information gathering and problem solving skills
·Internet navigation and social networking ability
·Fully computer literate - outlook, excel etc.
·Strong written and communication skills
·Ideally some business to business sales experience
·Driven and determined attitude
