My client is a highly successful Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the Media and Advertising Industry across a range of disciplines. They cover all levels of the Technology market and require a Recruitment Consultant to join their Technology team to expand the business. Their client portfolio includes some of the most renowned brands such as Apple, Amazon, ASOS, Ocado, Shazam, Channel 4 and more.
As a Recruitment Consultant for the Tech team you will manage the client base as you network and provide first class service to clients, attend client meetings, vacancy briefings, and look for new commercial opportunities. You will maintain regular contact and network with candidates, source new talent, provide an intelligent, consultive and well-informed approach to all candidate communication as you see them through the entire interview process. You will promote the business's recommendation scheme to candidate base, work collaboratively with colleagues to generate ideas and achieve an exceptional understanding of Media market and key people involved.
The ideal candidate as a Recruitment Consultant will have 2-3 years of Recruitment experience, a proven track record of success in a Recruitment role, preferably within the Media sector and demonstrable evidence of above average success in a previous role. You will be highly autonomous, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, have an analytical mindset, be highly organised and consultive and be familiar with networking sites such as LinkedIn.
