Due to an extremely high level of success, my client is seeking a number of experienced Construction Recruitment Consultants to join their Romford office.
This recruitment company has an unrivalled presence in the Construction industry and due to several promotions, (employees moving up the ladder!) they are now looking for strong minded recruiters to join the team.
You will haveat least 18 months of autonomous recruitment experience in Construction, with the ability to settle in quickly and hit the ground running. The role will focus on cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, aided by competent resourcers to generate your candidate pool. There are opportunities within both the blue-collar temps team and white-collar/technical perms.
You have to be thick skinned and be able to think on your feet! You will be supported by a highly successful team but you must be on top of your own game (there is instantly high billing potential). You must have a proven track record to be considered.

Key duties and responsibilities include;
> Developing new business through cold calling and self-marketing,
> Liaising with potential candidates on a regular basis in order to allocate them to opportunities,
> Providing a consistently high level of customer service,
> Managing a growing portfolio of clients, successfully assessing their needs.
> Experience of recruitment in the construction sector
> A proven track record of strong billings
> A confident and competitive nature
> Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to sell
> The ambition to manage a team down the line
