They are looking to add experienced recruitment professionals to the team. The opportunity is to focus on quantitative risk for the banking clients. This is a really niche desk with some business to leverage off but ultimately will need someone with the hunger to business develop and ambition to make something their own. Their average temp fee is £7.00 per hour and average perm placement fee is £12,500. The desk is a high volume and quality desk, focusing on senior level positions from £50,000+.
