Recruitment Consultant- Qualified Social Work, Central London
Up to £28,000 basic salary, £50,000 OTE (immediate commission earnings) plus package including discounted gym membership and travel.
Harrison Sands have a great healthcare recruitment desk open with our central London client. A specialist within social care recruitment, our client are offering a warm desk with a pool of well established clients who they have long standing supply relationships with. The role will sit in their Qualified Social Work team, and will cover a set regional geographic within the north of England, reporting into one of the Directors.
Having delivered into the Social Work sector for over 20 years, our client are a great brand name to work for, and offer their temps training, development and support alongside steady work placement which means that as well as a strong client base they also have a database of loyal temps for you to place.
The Recruitment Consultant will work day to day in the London city centre office, managing client relationships, sourcing and interviewing new temps to register with the agency, keeping in contact with existing agency workers and ensuring that your client shifts are filled as required. As this is a warm desk you will be earning commission from your first paycheque. Our client also provide their own staff regular training and development and the ability to develop your career within the company.
The chosen Recruitment Consultant must have experience of working as an agency Recruitment Consultant, and will have delivered into a healthcare related sector. This could be support work, nursing or locums as well as social care which is this desk's focus. You must be able to evidence your success as a recruiter and have strong interpersonal skills, as relationship building is key in this sector. All applicants must be able to commute daily to London for work, working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm, no on call.
