Recruitment Consultant - Not for Profit & Public Sector
This role has emerged as our property focused Not for Profit and Public Sector desk has experienced exceptional growth over the last 12 months and the team is now growing to keep up with demand. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team to assist and support the manager in our ambitious plans in-line with our business plan for the next 12 months. You will be an experienced recruiter with some knowledge of the sector and enjoy the fast pace of interim recruitment.
Our market leading property recruitment desk has over 20 years of combined experience with an extensive and mature network of clients and candidates within the Not for Profit space. We provide qualified, experienced and highly skilled white collar property professionals to housing associations, charities, education, local and central government clients by combining our unrivalled industry expertise, innovative use of technology and proven recruitment processes, to provide clients with a high-quality, effective recruitment service. We have won tenders to HS2, TFL, NHS, local and central government frameworks over the last 12 months and we have many exclusive relationships with individual clients across the sector.

You will have a track record of setting and achieving goals either in your career, education, sport or extracurricular activities. You will have an interest in the market that you will operate in and keep track of current affairs and wider government policy that affects our markets. You will be fearless, intuitive, inquisitive and resilient, who can handle objections and build rapport with clients and candidates. You will lead by example in your commercial approach to the role, be eager for your next placement and the rewards that a successful career in recruitment will bring. You will be thorough and diligent when acting in the interests of our candidates and providing a recruitment and search function for our clients.
We meet all our clients and candidates personally before we work with them and you will enjoy face-to-face business and expanding your network through passive and active networking. You will understand what good job advertising and marketing looks like, in order to reach and make an impact with quality candidates in the market, heavily utilising social media and being open to the new and ever changing ways of expanding your network.
You are a great communicator and good at multi-tasking, therefore you are able to liaise between our candidates and clients easily and effortlessly. You have a zest for Business Development and are a proactive thinker who will always maintain a positive attitude. Having previously worked in recruitment with a proven billing history and successful client development stories you have a good working knowledge of MS Office and are looking for a great opportunity to thrive in a recruitment environment that heavily rewards success over mediocrity. You aspire to be a leader in the business either as focused top biller, by growing your own team in time, or both. As you grow in this role you will feel comfortable providing strategic guidance and share your expertise and stories of success to assist in the continued exceptional growth of the business.
