Recruitment Consultant- Pharmaceuticals
Basic salary up to £30,000/ OTE up to £60,000.
Harrison Sands are recruiting for an expanding scientific recruiter based on the Wirral, who are looking to add to their Pharmaceuticals desk with the addition of a Recruitment Consultant to focus on permanent placement. A winner of various local business awards over the last few years, this company offer an autonomous working environment, regular training and a great development path for consultants.
The team this role sits in are currently highly successful and have a strong client base which the Recruitment Consultant will be working with, as well as developing further client business streams. The Recruitment Consultant will operate on a 360 basis dealing with existing clients as well as using networking, business development and candidate spec outs to reach out to new clients. The pharmaceuticals market is extremely candidate led, meaning that all applicants must have experience of proactive candidate search using social media such as Linked in as well as job board based Boolean search. As you will be dealing with some complex and technical vacancies, we are looking for candidates who have the ability to digest detailed information and job descriptions and relay the information effectively to candidates. An understanding of the pharmaceutical sector is not required, however we are looking for applicants who have experience of recruiting into a similar sector where you need to take a technical approach to recruitment (e.g. IT/ Engineering/ Technical/ Medical/ Automotive/ FMCG or any white collar permanents desk). Ideally you will be educated to degree level, or be of graduate calibre and have the ability to write complex technical adverts.
Our client offer a basic salary of £30,000 dependant on experience plus monthly paid commission.
