Recruitment Consultant ( Permanent) - Brighton - 45% Comm - No Threshold - Home Working Option

Posted 5 February by SJ Ended

It's 2018 and we are living in a gig economy, it's very hard for recruitment consultants to earn well working within the traditional recruitment agency model.

Consultants bill £150 - £200,000, the agency owner takes 68% using a tiered commission structure and a threshold as devices to pay out as little as possible.

We are a London recruitment company, we disrupted this tired old model and made a fair trade deal for our recruiters in order that they can earn well and have far better lives.

We would like to meet experienced perm recruitment consultants who are active in the Sussex and surrounding markets. Our aim is to build a new operation on the coast in East Sussex.

We offer 45% commission on all placements and no threshold, so your earnings can be much higher than with a normal tiered commission plan.

Simply put, £150,000 billings will give £67,500 per annum pay out and £200,000 billings will give £90,000 per annum payout.

We believe in collaboration and operational freedom to enliven creativity and spark, as such you can work in any sector or location that you choose, this maybe the Sussex Coast or Surrey or London or even overseas.

Our aim is that you are happy and fulfilled in your recruitment career and operational freedom is a large part of this recipe for growth and personal development. Recruit your way, we do not micro-manage anyone.

If you would like to partner with us we can offer you home working, a fair trade reward for your hard work and a structure that removes all the barriers that keep you from a proper share of the revenue that you generate.

Please send us your CV and we can meet for a coffee and walk through all this together.
