We would like to meet experienced perm recruitment consultants who are active in the Sussex and surrounding markets. Our aim is to build a new operation on the coast in East Sussex.
We offer 45% commission on all placements and no threshold, so your earnings can be much higher than with a normal tiered commission plan.
Simply put, £150,000 billings will give £67,500 per annum pay out and £200,000 billings will give £90,000 per annum payout.
