You will be tasked with developing a new Perms desk within the commercial sector. The successful consultant will be proactive in winning new business. The successful candidate will have a strong new business sales experience and the ability to recruit, select and accurately match candidates to vacancies within a fast paced market. You will have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well within a small growing team.
- You will have a proven track record within the Perm or Commercial Recruitment Industry. Ideally with a good knowledge of the local market.
- An entrepreneurial style to the management of your desk and getting results
- Expert at recruiting candidates in a candidate driven market place.
- Be target driven and motivated by high bonus earnings
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will be a strong team player who performs well in a competitive market place.
- You will be an effective negotiator, have excellent presentation skills, and able to maintain accurate administrative records.
- Up to £25k basic salary (dependant on billing history)
