We are looking for a new candidate to join us as a Recruitment Consultant for a Special Education Needs (SEN) desk in Northampton to assist in the resourcing and recruiting of quality teachers and support staff for local schools; with the aim of raising educational attainment.
The role will require a high volume of sales and business development calls to SEN schools across your local region; resourcing and recruiting quality teachers and support staff and carrying out interviews. You will also undertake regular face-to-face client visits whilst building relationships with key decision makers in schools; and creating quality marketing and advertising.
We are looking for individuals who are educated to a Degree level. You will ideally have some experience in working in a fast paced and target driven environment. Experience of having worked in SEN Schools before or knowledge of the Education sector will be advantageous but is not essential. The role will involve undertaking regular meetings in SEN Schools and spending time with the young people to better understand the needs of the pupils, the school and its requirements.
