Two and a half years old, 30 headcount in 5 team focused sector specialisms, 11 million turn over and still growing, working with clients across the globe.
This team gets results. They are focused, hardworking and looking for ways to maximise peoples’ abilities. Like you, they know that some recruiters excel at sales and business development. Others know how to take a detailed brief, and hunt down those hard to find candidates. They know, to deliver what they have sold, they need to leverage your strengths and help you develop your weaknesses.
Now is the time for them to invest in further growth. With a plan to hire two new starters early in 2018 for their medical devices team they are keen to meet with motivated and intelligent recruiters who want to be part of their journey.
You do not have to have worked in this area of recruitment. The types of jobs they work on fall into, Engineering and Product Development, Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, Sales, Marketing and Clinical Operations. And their average invoice value sits around the 7k mark.
The team manager is a sales person that is keen to develop you, they can and do win some great client relationships and always leads from the front. If you are more inclined to sit and fill those jobs and build a reputation for delivery in recruitment, then there is a place for you here. Everyone need not be a 360 recruiter. Likewise, if sales an BD are you thing, again, there is a home for you here so you can do your best work doing what you do best.
They don’t KPI. They are recruiters looking for recruiters who know what they are doing and what activity needs to be done to get the results. Its one of those environments that is so team focused and helpful, that it will be apparent if you are turning up to make up the numbers. There are no dominant ego’s or "personalities" just a group of people on a mission.
Bonus is simple and designed to share the rewards of working in this industry. There is no threshold. You fill, you earn. Bonus runs from 10% to 25% with tiers form 10k to 25k billing plus all payments are made back to zero. There is also an additional 5% consistency payment. If you do 10k per month for a quarter, then you get 5% of total back to zero paid on the last day of that quarter.
If you are working on delivery only, then you get 50% of the bonus payment.
Basic salaries are realistic depending on what recruitment experience you have. Assume from 20k up to 35k basics. Essentially, they will pay what it takes to get the people that fit their plans. And only offer those people where their plans fit your career objectives.
