As a recruitment consultant, you are an intermediary between companies looking to recruit (clients) and people seeking a new career (candidates). Primarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards and quick results. You will be speaking to clients and candidates on a daily basis, matching CVs and people to jobs. You will be meeting clients, networking, using social media and job boards and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

The Earning Potential, Benefits and Rewards
You will earn a basic salary and uncapped commission from day one. Your year one OTE (On Target Earnings) will be between £35,000 - £50,000.

You will join our Recruitment Fundamentals training academy, a training programme overseen by our Sales Development team. In this, you will receive a mixture of online, classroom and on-the-job training whilst having the support of our Sales Development team who will help you make the transition from Trainee to Consultant.
You will receive "masterclasses" from experienced consultants on all aspects of the recruitment process and as you develop your career, the training opportunities will continue with external trainers and industry specialists.
