Larson Group is looking for consultants with a minimum of 2 years IT / Digital / Technical Sales recruitment experience. You will be ready for that step up to Senior Consultant having already "cut your teeth" in the industry. You will now be a full 360 recruiter with examples of having won new business and a good level of billings or looking to be developed into a 360 recruiter.
We look for smart, innovative and customer facing people that can demonstrate real sales ability and flair. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be well versed in the IT / digital / Technical Sales world.
This is a mature environment in the sense that you will be left very much to run your own desk, however you will have the confidence of an amazing amount of support from all the team as collaboration and team spirit has been the key to our success.
