Permanent People are working alongside a well-established business that are one of the largest independent recruiters in the industry. They have been established for over 40 years ago, now operating from 10 offices across the UK with a workforce of over 250 and a turnover over of £300m.
The Southampton based office is a young, vibrant office covering all resourcing requirements along the South Coast of England. The small office has only been up and running for 18 months, with the guidance of the Regional Manager who’s team has become established across the local area within IT and Business Change.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will need experience within recruitment and have the drive and determination to succeed within the IT sector as the competition is high! You must be an individual who is a self-motivated person with the ability to work well within a team.
You will be a well-presented and credible individual with strong communication skills. Being able to demonstrate strong skills in building, developing and maintaining relationships to further expand on your business and identify new business opportunities is something that will be needed within this role.
