The team is diverse. We have a mix of personalities, nationalities, interests and academic backgrounds. For example, we can speak English, Spanish, Bengal, Polish, French and Russian between us! What we all have in common is that we can build genuine rapport with people in our market, obtain leads, get recommends and take a true networking approach. Day-do-day we are a supportive and collaborative bunch that help each other and genuinely want everyone else to do well.
What sets us apart from other competitors?
Knowledge and approach are our key differentiators. The Leadership market is not as candidate-scarce as some of the other areas we cover within Networkers and as such the real value for our clients is in understanding who the good candidates are - being able to identify a strong Project Manager, Business Analyst or Change Manager amongst the crowd. The reason we can outperform competitors is that we spend real time building relationships with our candidates, often face-to-face, which allows us to truly understand them, and align them to the cultural fit of our clients. We have a mature approach to market, with the vast majority of our success coming from recommendations and referrals backed up with high activities and proactivity, as opposed to 'old school' cold calling.
