Industrial Recruitment Consultant - Grimsby
Basic Salary in the Region of £25K plus superior commission package
My Client is a well-known, national brand who are seeking to expand their current established team in Grimsby. Working on an industrial sector desk (warehousing, pickers/packers, forklift drivers, etc), this role is a 360-degree recruitment role involving but not limited to the following:
New business development calls to sell recruitment services to local A-Z Clients
Development and management of client accounts
Writing and advertising of vacancies
Candidate management, including managing advert response, searching for candidates to suit specific vacancies via job boards and networking
Interviewing candidates over the phone and face to face where needed
Reference and licence checking candidates
Negotiating terms of business with clients
Working to targets and KPIs
This position is based in a buoyant office with high levels of activity. The successful Candidate should enjoy working to sometimes tight timescales and be highly driven to succeed and achieve pre-set targets.
You will have a proven track record of success within recruitment, and be comfortable developing business with new and lapsed clients. Ideally you will have worked in a recruitment role supplying to the industrial sector, although strong candidates from a commercial background will be considered.
Salary and benefits:
Basic salary in the region of £25K (dependant on experience) - possibly a bit more for a 'superstar’
