Location: Epsom, Surrey

Salary: £25K + Comms (OTE £40K+)

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Work on instructions we receive from some of Europe's leading startups
• Liaise directly with stakeholders to go into detail of their requirements and autonomously deliver suitable shortlists to Clients
• Managing the candidate process: Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, managing offer / resignation process
• Build a strong Pan-European network of candidates for our recurring remits
• Managing our database ensuring all processes and procedures are followed
• Build an efficient Social Media and Networking strategy to enable you to turn around remits in record times

Who are you?

• Previous experience in technology resourcing on an international level (or sales experience)
