My Client is a fast-growing Recruitment business that specialises in the provision of Healthcare professionals into the Public and Private sector, and are on all of the relevant frameworks with office based

As a Recruitment Consultant you will get to use your business development and customer service ability to run a profitable desk and achieve the Company’s business objectives through successfully building relationships with clients and candidates alike.

The individual needs to be proactive and competent in managing their desk in order to ensure consistent growth. It is all about developing and filling vacancies are the 'back office’ function will be done for you.

Responsibilities and Duties


  • To put Healthcare professionals forward for work at every opportunity and complete process either to confirmation or rejection
  • To maintain regular contact with clients, build lasting relationships to maximise any opportunities and keep them informed of the progress of current jobs.
  • To strive to be the agency of choice for both clients and candidates by going over and above to exceed expectations
  • To handle all Client concerns and work to resolve them
  • To actively participate in team activities and contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives
  • To undertake ad-hoc and temporary duties within scope of skill capability
  • Utilise initiative to find innovate ways to recruit new candidates
  • To maintain and service a bank of candidates through the registration process
  • To maximise potential by passing on leads to colleagues and actively promote all the services the business has to offer
