£20-28k OTE year one, £25-40k OTE year two.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you'll source candidates and win business from clients and match the right candidate to the right job to make fees. What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have a proven track record of success in previous employment, university or education, who will thrive working in our high performance corporate sales environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal credibly with your clients and candidates building relationships, possessing an inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. You are ambitious and driven to progress your career quickly, having confidence and developing expertise in your specialist market. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to achieve successful results.
It is essential you hold a valid driving licence and are eligible to work in the UK.
