Recruitment is a field which suits energetic, ambitious, target-driven people who enjoy working in teams in an entrepreneurial and challenging environment. The Company work with both fast-growing agencies and established global corporations, developing their teams and you will work to build networks and candidate communities, as well as working in direct client relations and helping to expand their customer base.
Core Responsibilities will be to:-
Manage and grow relationships with active and passive candidates in highly specialized sector
Collaborate with colleagues in other offices on recruitment assignments
Manage candidate sourcing process as well as interview scheduling and management
Demonstrate consistent ability to independently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets to enable expansion
Work directly with core clients and assist with sales into new target customers
About You:- Self-motivated and articulate, and pro-actively contributing to the organization’s growth. There is no limit on your career development potential, and candidates with demonstrable talent for decision-making, organization and consistent attainment of goals could be fast-tracked into promotion.
You'll need to be well educated (preferably a graduate) with two years experience of working in a business development environment — sales, account management or recruitment/staffing. In addition you'll have great written and oral communication skills, first-rate organisational abilities and a strong work ethic; you'll also need to have a talent for developing entrepreneurial skills.
You'll have no upper limit on earnings for this position and commission is paid monthly in addition to on-going corporate promotions and a personalised bonus structures.
