The Company work with both fast-growing companies and established global corporations, developing their teams and you will work to build networks and candidate communities, as well as working in direct client relations and helping to expand their customer base.
Core Responsibilities will be to:-
Collaborate with colleagues in other offices on recruitment assignments
Manage candidate sourcing process as well as interview scheduling and management
Demonstrate consistent ability to independently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets to enable expansion
Work directly with core clients and assist with sales into new target customers
