A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a contracts specialist IT Recruitment Consultant, open to any IT vertical.

My client: My client has built their reputation on successfully delivering cross-functional results within IT for 20 years, they are respected and well regarded.

Are you an experienced Contract Recruitment consultant specialising within IT.

You have a minimum of 2 years IT Contract recruitment experience; you have a decent number of contractors out but feel you are not earning the commission you deserve?

Your role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be experienced within your specialist IT vertical. Having a minimum of 2 years 360 experience, most recently within IT

You will have some roles to work on from their perm clients, however its essential that you develop new business as a 360 Recruiter and enjoy it! This is not a delivery or Account Management role, you must have opened up and brought in your own business.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Capable of building great rapport both internally and externally.

• Have a positive attitude and a growth mindset, as a team will be built aroundyou with progression. • Naturally inquisitive with the passion to succeed and overcome obstacles.

• Confident, self-starter with a positive attitude. • Implement strategies to develop and expand my clients brand and recruitment services within Contract Recruitment.
