We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals with a passion for sales to train in our Surrey, UK based HQ, and then relocate to our Frankfurt hub. When you have finished your training, we will fly you to Frankfurt and subsidise your accommodation.

Training and development - Our in-house training team help to coach and develop your skills so you can reach your goals and targets. We do this by a mixture of on desk and classroom training.
What does the role of a 360 Recruiter involve?
- Headhunting - Arguably, the best people for a business are never looking for a new role. It’s your responsibility to bring in both active and passive talent.
- Business Development - You will be in charge of your own desk, meaning it’s your responsibility to work with our existing clients while generating new business.
- Working to a specification - You will be filling some of the biggest roles in the industry, it is important you have problem-solving skills.
- Networking - You will be building a strong global network to establish yourself in the market space. You will also travel the world, whilst working global conferences allowing you to network with new candidates and clients.
- Consulting- It will be your responsibility to guide your candidates and clients throughout a hiring process.
- Commission- This is a sales based role, we work towards targets and projections. We offer a competitive basic salary with 15-40% uncapped commissions. The first year OTE = €50-60k Second year €80k-125k++
