Duties include:

  • Business development
  • Candidate generation
  • Research and market mapping
  • Information gathering
  • Client meetings and negotation
  • Arranging and coordinating interviews
  • Working to targets and KPIs
  • Networking with both candidates and clients
  • Head hunting
  • Listening to, underdtanding and matching requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional services recruiter (6-24 months ideally), who wants to take up a new challenge, helping the business to grow an even larger presence in the West Mids market.

You will be professional, detail focused and driven by success.

£18,00-£26,000 basic salary per annum + OTE
