Education recruitment is a market that seems to lack any tangible innovation on how to create the next generation of teachers. Just more of the same all fighting over the dwindling candidate resource. This team are doing something about that. There is another division that takes aspiring teacher graduates from top universities, and puts them through the process that will see them start as a TA, then end up getting a job as a qualified teacher. This team of recruiters are taking steps to add value to everyone they touch. Their employees, their teachers and their client schools that struggle to find the teachers they need.
Testament to that, is being only two years old, they already have a business at 14 recruiters, generating client and candidate relationships that many older recruitment businesses would dream to have.
Not wanting to spread their business too thin, and risk under delivery, there is a focus on Schools within the M25. As the business grows, new areas will be opened. But for the time being, their plan is to become the dominant Education Recruitment Business in London. They seem to be on their way.

The company are looking to hire 6 months plus experienced education Recruitment people. You might be working in compliance or a candidate resourcer looking to take that step up. You may even work in another area of the UK recruitment sector and want to break into education recruitment. They will develop you.
There is a low threshold and an exceptional bonus structure where you will see a minimum of 10%. It works all the way up to 25% bonus.
There are also quarterly incentives to include trips overseas. Q2 for 2018 is a trip to Ibiza.
Basic salary of £20,000 to £30,000.
